Wedding Coordinator Package
The Coordination package is suited for couples that want to do all their own planning but then hand over to me for the day’s coordination so that you can relax and enjoy your special day. This means I am in full communication with all your suppliers a few weeks leading up to the day and am there throughout the whole set up process to make sure everything is perfect. I’m also there to meet (and calm!) the groom on arrival, and to get you the bride, and her bridal party out of the car, compose you, and support you until you literally set foot down your aisle. Then I’ll stay with you both for the rest of the day/evening coordinating the ceremony and the reception, taking away the wedding day stress.
Inclusions.
- Initial meeting to go through your wedding (This is normally done approximately 1 month before your big day
- Unlimited emails and phone call required to go through any and all aspects of your wedding day
- Liaise with all your suppliers to ensure nothing has been missed, forgotten, or overlooked and create a wedding day schedule
- Produce a detailed run sheet with timings from start to finish compiled with all contact details for suppliers and stakeholders to ensure that everyone is in the right place at the right time and everything goes smoothly
- Have onsite meetings at the venue with all suppliers to go through all set up details and any additional requirements
- Be with you at you re rehearsal to guide you and your wedding party through the process
- Liaise with your MC to keep them on track and advice of formalities throughout the day and night
- Ensure setup is completed to perfection including setting your menus, place cards, guests’ book, decorations etc
- Be physically there through the set-up, throughout the day and right until all formalities are completed (including cake cutting, speeches and first dance
