Full Planner Package
For a full personalised service and assistance of an experienced wedding planner, I will be there from this date on and all the way through every and all processes! I can assist you to book your ceremony and reception venue and ALL your wedding suppliers. I will meet with you to get a feel for your ideas and your style, and then rather than being inundated by 20 plus suppliers, I can become the only contact you need from that moment on.
Inclusions.
- Initial meeting to go through your overall thoughts and feelings of how you would like your big day to be!
- Unlimited hours of coordination and support throughout the whole wedding experience
- Find options suited to you for your venues and all your suppliers
- Liaise with you on your food and beverage requirements
- Book in all your supplies from photography, celebrant, hair and make-up, ceremony and reception flowers, decor and styling items, structures and furniture, lighting, entertainment, cake, transfers, signage, theming and much more
- Set up all your appointments with relevant suppliers and be with you for these meetings
- Keep you updated constantly on the progress of all items/suppliers
- Manage all payments required for each supplier and invoice you accordingly with each payment required
- Produce a detailed run sheet with timings from start to finish compiled with all contact details for suppliers and stakeholders to ensure that everyone is in the right place at the right time, and everything goes smoothly
- Be with you at you re rehearsal to guide you and your wedding party through the process
- Liaise with your MC to keep them on track and advice of formalities throughout the day and night
- Ensure setup is completed to perfection and set your menus, place cards, guests’ book, decorate
- Be physically there through the setup and all throughout the day right until all formalities are completed (including cake cutting, speeches and first dance)
